 Water Puppet Theatre 

This is a very unique theatre, original to Vietnam. The theatre has regular daily shows of water puppets with accompanying live traditional music. The wooden puppets appear to float out on a water stage and interact with each other. It really is quite amazing.

We were thoroughly entertained and fascinated by the skills of the puppeteers of the water puppets. On purchasing of ticket we were given a taped recording of music (nice touch) of show. Seating was terraced so views from any seat would be good though we were lucky to be front row! Splashed with water during finale. This is a must do in Hanoi.
